Hi, I’m Cicely Mason, and I’m so glad you found us.

I built Renee Alliance Group and ASCEND Academy on one simple belief: a child’s future is not decided in the classroom. It is decided between 3 and 7 PM. Those afternoon hours can slip away in front of a screen, or they can become the hours where a child learns to build, create, and believe in what they can do. We make sure it’s the second one.

I spent more than 25 years in technology, curriculum design, and classroom instruction before opening our doors in Tampa. As a woman-owned, minority-owned small business, we are now in Tampa, proud to offer augmented reality and specialized workforce training to Hillsborough County families. But what matters most is not the technology. It is the moment a child who thought they were “not a math kid” solves the problem, looks up, and smiles.

We are not childcare. We are a launchpad. Our families get early doors, daily meals, safe transportation, and real academic acceleration, so parents can work with peace of mind while their kids climb.
