Reporting an Absence

If your child will miss a session, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan accordingly and keep your child safe.

How to report: Call us at (772) 218-9854 or email info@reneealliancegroup.com before the start of the program day.

Please include: your child’s full name, the program or session they attend, the reason for the absence, and the expected return date.

• Illness (a note is appreciated for absences longer than three days)
• Medical or dental appointments
• Family or personal emergencies
• Religious observances

Calendar & Dates
