Train in augmented reality. Walk into a real job.
Our Assessment, Training, and Job Placement track pairs individualized assessment with augmented reality workplace training, then connects you to employers who are hiring. You leave with skills, a certification path, and a plan that holds up after the program ends.
1. Assess
We map your strengths, your gaps, and the jobs in Tampa that actually fit you.
2. Train
You practice the job itself in an AR simulator, with on the job coaching built in.
3. Get Placed
We connect you with employers and give you a road map to stay employed and keep moving up.
In partnership with The Right AI
AI career training for adults 25 and older
We train adults on the AI tools businesses actually use for business development, marketing automation, and operational efficiency. The goal works both ways. Adults move into new careers in AI technology, and small and medium sized businesses get trained specialists who streamline workflows, lower labor costs, and grow profit.
A 60 day train and deploy model
STEP 1
Recruit
We bring in adults from community organizations, workforce boards, and local job boards.
STEP 2
Train
An eight week intensive in AI for business, taught by people who use these tools every day.
STEP 3
Certify
A practical exam and a real business case study, not a certificate of attendance.
STEP 4
Deploy
Graduates are placed directly into paid work with small and mid-size business clients.
97%
of small and mid-size businesses need digital transformation but lack the talent and the budget to do it
54%
of businesses already use AI, and most underuse it because of a skills gap on their team
Enrolling takes three steps
STEP 1
Book a free tour
Come see the space, meet the staff, and tell us what your family needs. There is no cost and no pressure.
STEP 2
Build the plan
We match your student to the right programs, set the schedule, and confirm meals and transportation.
STEP 3
Start strong
Your student begins, and you get regular updates through the Parent Portal so you always know how it is going.
What our families are saying

Maria T., ASCEND parent
“The staff truly cares. Between the meals, the transportation, and the tutoring, they have made life so much easier for our family.”
Denise R., ASCEND parent

Our team brings more than twenty years of experience in computer information systems, curriculum design, and classroom instruction to every program we run.
President and CEO Cicely R. Mason spent two decades in information technology and government healthcare, leading projects with budgets above 350 million dollars and managing teams across the country. That same discipline shapes how we plan, staff, and measure every ASCEND program here in Tampa.
