Renee Alliance Group, LLC is looking for self-motivated, customer facing individuals who love the service industry. We want individuals who learn quickly and have a passion for treating customers with a white glove effect.

We are hiring 50 employees for Fortune 500 companies in the Hospitality, Leisure and Travel, Logistics and Transportation, and IT and Telecoms industries for Customer Service and Technical Support. The positions are work from home and set your own hours based on a 7 day work week (Sunday to Saturday) and 365 days a year. Training certification courses required to service a particular company can take between two days and several weeks to complete. Training classes are non-paid and range from one to three months. However, some companies take live calls during training which is paid.

Additional Requirements:
Must pass a Voice Assessment and Background Check, no exceptions
• CPU 1 GHz Dual Core Processor
• Operating System Windows 7 or Windows 8 or 8.1
• Mac OSX may be supported for a limited set of opportunities.
• Windows 7, 8.0 or 8.1: 2 GB of RAM
• Hard-wired phone line and internet connectivity
