  1. Admissions Process

Step #1: Fill out an application and provide a resume. An initial 30 minute phone interview will take place. If you are selected, you will be able to move to Step #2.

Step #2: Check your email for a link to create a profile. PLEASE use the username and password I provide in the email. A voice assessment will be conducted over the phone for evaluation. We can coach the candidate, if needed, to provide the BEST tone for voice quality and the ability to interact with customers over the phone. This must be completed with 24 hours of interview. Please refresh your screen to see if results are posted. Results are provided immediately or up to three hours of completion. An email showing successful completion of the assessment will be sent, please forward a copy to If you results are posted, please move immediately into the Background Check.

Step #3: A background check is mandatory. Employment is dependent upon results. Our company does not do business with candidates who have been convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to any felony, or certain misdemeanor charges, including but not limited to theft, fraud, drug, violence or other similar violations. The cost is $7.95. We do not cover this charge at this time. Results are typically received the same day or up to four business days. You can check back within an hour to see if results are posted.
